Doesn't look impressive overall, but hopefully a few can cash in. Looks dry for awhile. I’m putting the sprinkler on this evening.

I reseeded over a week ago lol. So far, so good. Other than stressing my well pump for a few hours a day. Some significant rain would be nice. eta- ofc now I am waiting for the moles to start effing it all up.

CAPE
I generally leave the AC on until I have to turn the heat on. It obviously doesn't run much in the early fall. I hope to get a few days where I can open the windows, but farm country doesn't smell too good this time of year.

I went to school in Central PA, and there was a farm at the back edge of campus where my fraternity was located. They sprayed "organic fertilizer" on those fields that made you want to puke for a few days until it finally calmed down.

One is in Elkton , MD., so that is rather close to me . Will be purchasing the Ultra I think. I am excited to try it. Looks like the weather turns cooler for a long while, so will try to get going on this in the next 10 days, the issue is renting the machine, I have not done that yet. The storm tonight would have washed everything away had I over seeded already. Fine line, as you mentioned, between mother nature and rain ( too much too quickly ) and being able to control the water with timed sprinklers .
