tamarack
Low 20s here with small IP, though sufficient to knock some of the powder from branches. The bit of ZR (less than 0.05") this morning was probably the between-storms DZ. Odd to see BML as the warmest inland temp in ME/NH.
DavisStraight
I'm at 34, still below freezing in the low spots.

dendrite
Heard a half dozen branches crack and fall out in the woods while feeding the birds. The birches along the driveway are beginning to sag toward the house. They haven’t seen this much accretion since 08 and they were practically seedlings then. moneypitmike
I miscalculated--I'm at .25", not .3". Based on the rate though, I might get there. I thought I was going to turn over by 1:00. Should by 2:30 or 3:00. 30.3*
Sugarloaf1989
Now the NWS is calling for freezing rain here between 4-10pm. What's up with that?

Yeah, it is so interesting that areas down there have stayed below freezing while it's above freezing much further north. i'm sure one of the mets has an explanation. moneypitmike
I'm really surprised we made it through what will likely be about 95% of the event's qpf below freezing. An unexpected surprise. What's the timing for the cold front to come through?
