I'll be honest. I think some of my weenie-ness comes from the "Blizzard-that-wasn't". My first really big storm where I was looking at models and other more advance met stuff than just 10 day forecasts. I stayed up all that night listening to people tell me "Don't worry" "Plenty of time" etc. while I was staring at radar and models that showed everything going "poof". Now when I see the potential bust and hear "don't worry", I go a bit overboard. Here's to hoping I am forced to self flagellate later for my earlier doubts.
