Still looks good for DCA then, with conservative ratios would be 7-8 inches.  BWI on the other hand might be looking at  4-6 inch even in the end with this one.

 

I'm using 13.5 as my mid-point once I figure out what my mid-point QPF is going to be....I'm doing a final call after the euro....I hate the 4" ranges..I'm going to do a 2-3" range esp since I am forecasting for such a small area....not sure why I am telling you this...but hey...was going to post it anyway

That's what I'd use and would lean heavily on the Euro but even the GFS and NAm are 6 inches storms.

It's pretty easy to get working at home.  If you happen to run a Mac at home, it runs really well in a VM as well:
