For example, I've recorded a max of 84 so far this year in Old Lyme, and have never recorded 90 after Aug 13, so unlikely to have any 90+ days this year which is not unusual. I'm really surprised that with a 30-50kt H85 jet out of the SE into the terrain isn't producing stuff. Must be some crazy downward vertical velocities between those two areas of rain, must be up in the H7-H5 layer or something.
