Working the door at a southie bar tonight. No spots to park on the street for the past few days. Neighborhood is packed, everyone is wearing green, date historically marks Winters end here. Certainly won't feel like it tomorrow with the cold.

Was warmer when I started work at 4pm. Clouds were building, got dark, had a short burst of light rain and the wind died down shortly after the rain passed.

Will and Steve may have incredible late season condtions at SR.

You can probably change the "may" to "will" have a good time.

As of 8:30pm there's 5" new up on the picnic tables and still ripping with a large band of 25-35dbz moving in. Steep lapse rates and warmer air today holding more moisture for upslope to wring out.

Part of the reason why you weren't having a god awful season 2011-2012 while we have mehpicosity.

Yeah--between last night and this morning lots of flurries and showers.  Puts the pup in her element.

Glacier pack out this this morning following the cool overnight ftw.

Housebreaking in progress (1:00a.m. walk) ftl.

19.8/12

Yup, yesterday's rain showers and last night's cold certainly helped the glacier

Actually got a pavement whitening snow shower this morning.

Still weeks away from yard work I fear.

Yup....no yardwork for a while.  I'll likely be able to get a head start with other things by taking down a few trees.  But true 'yard work' will be a while.  That usually kicks off with burning, so taking down the trees first will be a big help.
