I know we like to jump on TWC nowadays but back when they were The real Weather channel, at least for me certain songs with the local forecasts would remind me of a snowstorm or tropical wx. I can still remember them to this day.

Here are a few:

A lot of those were from the great winter of 95-96 back up north.

Great thread. I especially liked Vivaldi's Four Seasons also. They played it a lot during the Blizzard of '96.

TWC needs to jettison their Taylor Swift songs for Local on the 8s and bring back the great music it used to have.  It's really a crying shame they cater to the lowest common denominator now when it comes to weather.  I recognize John Q. Public doesn't care about vorticity or hearing about the QBO but the has to be some middle ground.

I've got a couple of Trammell Starks tunes on my phone and constantly listened to the one on your second link last Feb on my way to SNE to see that blizzard. Made the long train ride more bearable.
