July 4th Extended Weekend Weather Discussion

The computer models are in good agreement with troughiness across the Great Lakes and Northeast finally retreating into Canada by the middle of this upcoming work week.

The result appears to be less of a widespread shower/thunderstorm threat and higher daytime temperatures. 90-degree readings could return for many by the 4th and 5th, with heat continuing beyond that.

You've made Kevin's and Joe's days complete (I assume Joe is lurking) with the announcment of the beginning of the BSE.

How is this "pretty nice" for anyone that is not directly on the coast?

What/ where are you going there for?  We will be in Bristol, R.I.

I think a lot of people are fine with 92 and somewhat humid on July 4th. No huge heat wave... nothing crazy. Very typical summer weather.
