That is incredible. You rarely see MOS go 25 above climo 7 days out.

LOT...from a bit earlier.

GOING FORECAST FOR THIS AFTERNOON...INCLUDING RECORD

WARMTH...LOOKS GOOD. TEMPERATURES ALREADY ARE REACHING THE MID 70S

AT 1130 AM IN SOME PARTS OF THE FORECAST AREA. MIXING ON BOTH ILX

AND DVN SOUNDINGS WOULD PROVIDE LOWER 80S...EVEN MID 80S ON THE

LATTER. INCREASING DEW POINTS AND SOME CIRRUS/CU WILL LIKELY KEEP

VALUES BETWEEN 79 AND 82 ACROSS MOST OF THE CWA.

No Mud on my new home construction site!! That's extremely unusual for this time of year.

Also MDOT says no frost laws in effect south of I-10 in Michigan. Normally Frost laws lift well after April 5th. What does this mean? It means construction can begin on Michigan roads/Comercial and residential for concrete construction
