Will, I have just completed an audit of my snowfall tallies, employing Reading COOP as a reference point:

2006-07 GAY 34.5" Reading 33.6"

2007-08 73" 70.2"

2008-09 82.5" 75.99"

2009-10 54.5" 47.8"

The first two match up very well, but the last two are a little further apart; 2009 being more off is ok with me because it had a decent gradient....but 2010 (of course) bugs me a bit.....what do you think...

Youll probably end up very close this season. Reading had 86.4" through Feb 28....havent seen the Mar/Apr data yet but figured they got 6 or 7" total.

I don't think that total is right. Were you measuring on top of a sewer grate?

I bet Ryan has more than that

It may be just a few inches off from Ryan but it's pretty close, I'm sure of it. Everytime I listed what I measured for the events he agreed with them and when he measured his total was very similar to what I measured.

This is what I've measured:

The November event: 0.3''

12/26/10: 7.5''

1/7/11: 4''

1/8/10: 1.5''

1/12/11: 22.5''

1/18/11: 2.5''

1/21/11: 4.8''

1/25/11: 1.5''

1/26/11: 11''

2/1/11: 6.5''

2/21/11: 2.5''

2/27/11: 2.5''

3/23/11: 1''

4/1/11: 0.5''

Now perhaps some of these are a few tenths of an inch off but this was when my back was really bad and I couldn't really bend down.

Hey...still nearly twice our seasonal average...can't complain overall

Yeah pretty much everyone had a good winter regardless of local screw zones...but I think your area def got a local shaft. I think GON had more snow than your area.

I have terrible coverage in CT so far and also Cape Cod. Phil, how much did you get....and saying you didn't measure is not an option...I want your best estimate if you didn't measure every event. Your best judgement is going to be better than what I get from the horrible coop data down there.
