MD Snow Posted February 10, 2011 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Amazing to me how that south wind this afternoon helped to moisten everything up rather fast. They were calling for this to occur after like 10pm tonight. I guess it just got here early. Light snow flurries here now. I'm actually pretty stoked right now. Been tracking this one all week just to learn a few things fully expecting to get shafted. There's light snow now and darker blues and even greens headed in my direction. Totallly agree on that assessment -- I left Fort Belvoir to head home around 7 p.m. in a steady light snow. Maybe a dusting on the ground when I left post, easily more than that (1/4") now that I've been home for about 20-30 minutes. Thought this was only progged to be a dusting at best?
