Use total QPF, convert using your own ratios. In that CCB tomorrow afternoon/evening, ratios will be higher than 10:1 with incredible forcing if this look holds

It's gonna be tough. We might see like a 3-4" gradient west to east across Berks county. I think 12-18 is a very solid bet right now. Up towards Lehigh/Allentown/Easton it's more like 16-22+"
