Can confirm I have a ridiculous amount of sleet. I am hoping the 3k is correct instead of the HRRR. The 3k keeps me as sleet through this afternoon, HRRR goes to freezing rain here by sunrise. One of those scenarios will be very bad. Temp still falling... down a couple ticks to 7.2F

Heavy freezing rain here, 28, I would say at this rate we have a couple more hours before something snaps and we lose power

Getting a lot of big heavy sleet is just like having a hot sister.

Getting light drizzle I can see in the streetlights despite no radar returns overhead in Lancaster. Can't tell any icing yet because it's too early to go outside.

You got at least a tenth of an inch of snow.

It’s pixie dust to start, but it’s dusting up cars and railings instantly and if you have a lighted and somewhat distant point of reference you can see the air is thick with it.

Jesus....NAM is 17.2" 10:1 for me...26.1" Kuchie. Looks like may be a 30" jack just east of me, from like Haverhill to Ipswich.

IIRC most of the mesos had me flipping 1-2 hours before DC did. Perhaps the sleet line is going to halt after this quick advance but TBD. This does open up a shot at a ridiculous sleet storm, as the HRRR suggests 1.2" QPF is to fall from this point onwards. If a majority of that is sleet.. woof.
