  1. Past hour
  2. I don't have a ruler or anything and need to invest in that. The only thing I could think to do was take a ballpoint pen and then see how tall those are. They average from 5 to 6 inches. Snow went up clear over ballpoint pen, meaning we've hit at least 5 inches in Bristol! Heck yes! Keep it coming!
  3. Only 4.5" here about 45 minutes ago. I never went full sleet but there definitely was a change in the snow at one point, thought I'd flip to sleet but didn't and then it was full flakes again right after that.
  4. I really hope in and around the city and NNJ gets to at least 3, thats all i want
  5. Hate to say it but I'm thinking NYC is almost done for the night. There is almost no moisture heading this way.
  6. Lots of 5 to 6" reports from my clients in northern New Haven county and southern Litchfield county! Some 6+ amounts
  7. Yeah just 0.8" snow/sleet on si... Melted of just 0.21"... guidance had around 0.75" total.
  8. Would have annoyed me thirty-two years ago in middle school. But there have been great storms before and will be great ones again; we just have to remind ourselves every time we track them that they’re going to do whatever they want and however we feel won’t impact the outcome, for better or worse. .
  9. Trumpets, horns , oboe’s, saxophones all blowing and pounding.. me conducting
  10. Nam has a heavy snowband later over NYC Lets go!
  11. yup still coming down nicely! unfortunately I don't think I'll hit my forecast here but this is fun regardless.
  12. The official Mt. Bristol elevation 15’ ASL measuring pole is ready for action.
  13. It's almost 60 just south of Pittsburgh Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
  14. Yeah we missed the best meat of that band it slid south and the northern part weakened a bit. Still good snows coming down and low visibility here.
  15. This would've bothered me alot more 10 or 20 years ago for sure. Now it's like whatever. It helps we already had a good storm this month and plenty more winter to go
  16. 20mb in 12 hrs per today's runs. I'm voting for the more SE track vs the ones that nuke Yooperland. Bout time the SE trend works in favor for once.
  17. About 0.75" of slop. Ironic enough the lightest precip since the start is falling now and it's snow.
  18. Still snowing pretty hard over here. Closing in on 4 OTG.
  19. We thank God don't have to worry about the winds that will be here in a couple days Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
