Yep and beaches (if that's your thing) are quiet with back to school. Other than the rapidly shortening days it's a great month of decent weather.

1.26" this side of the county. I threw some fertilizer down to get watered in but that was a mistake. Didn't think it would be that heavy. I'm sure most of it washed away before soaking in.

Appreciate the efforts you’re putting into getting these storms visually mapped for the record.

September is typically the best overall weather month around here with May as a close second. But after about October 10th things go downhill fast. Worst part is losing daylight at a rapid pace. The good news if you hate Winter like me, is that the period of really cold weather and darkness is only about 8 weeks long.

What's your all-time warmest month? Is July 1999 holding on like me or is it another month?

Nice day. Mid 70s high, clouds seem to dominate. Seasonal transition has been evident the last couple weeks. Sun doesn’t have that extra oomph to make it feel nasty outside. Best time of year taking hold. -
Bottom of the 10th. We win and I’ll buy a round at a get together at sapwood next week. i think I’m safe.
