  3. Is there a way to actually do that? I've always just done it the hard way, but ultimately gave up when the thread's hundos pages deep...
  4. 1.25” here and about 2.40” for September. Glad some of the drier areas got the goods.
  5. Back to Summer until at least early October. Yuck.
  6. 1.23" here in the lowlands. That was the classic "lowland bullseye" when everyone nw freaks out while I laugh because we all know they'll jackpot anyways lol. I'm really happy to see the dryer areas max potential. It definitely wasn't needed here. My hiking trails have been muddy since the end of June.
  7. That 18-wheeler hit three potholes by my count. Finished with .15" yesterday bringing my monthly total to 1.90". 61F
  8. 2.55 inches for total event here in Purcellville.
  9. .55 but just missed out on some heavier stuff. Should buy my overseeded lawn a couple of days
  10. I agree completely with this...with the added caveat that I could see a northern stream KU that wouldn't do much for the mid atl.
  11. Still raining here. It can end now please.
  12. 52 degrees not a drop of rain this week.
  13. Hey, I'm north of Boston and have become a winter voyeur myself
  14. Had additional showers last evening that helped get the total up to .19". I'll take it as another 7 day stretch of dry weather is ahead.
  15. Pathetic looking and not going anywhere fast as far as intensification that's for sure. Never should have been upgraded to TS status yesterday. Leaving it as a depression might have even been generous. What a season thus far.
  16. Sneaky one last night. Thunder/lightning. Around 1”
  17. For those about to Stein, we salute you!!
  18. Are you sure about that? Looks clearly east. https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/enso_update/wkxzteq.shtml

  20. getting close to a frost Sat night.. hopefully we cool a bit more Saturday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 37. Calm wind.
  21. The subsurface is very impressive also.
  22. Top down drought with all the record warmth and blocking in Canada forced this system too far to our south. Places like JFK have had their 7 driest September to September period. They are down 11.3” of precipitation over the last year at only 31.99”. 23. 07-08 is one of those rare winters that didn't follow the November/December la nina rule. We got a cold November/December, with a snowstorm on December 5. Instead of a cold and snowy winter, January-April was warm with very little snow.
