yup 28 here already. Took the trash out in shorts and a tshirt. Had to remind myself for a minute that I love winter. Stayed out for a few minutes to suck it up now. It always makes a difference in the long run forcing the acclimation

Pretty much all the models show warmth until the last week of the month unless the CAD is stronger. Its a bit weird for the cold to be coming from the NE this time of year. We used to get strong fronts from the great lakes/Midwest sweeping across the lower 48. None of that really showing up for the next couple weeks at a minimum. Further SW is really going to be above average the next few weeks. Places like Mississippi could be 90s for multiple days.

Looks like 1" - 2.5" with 15 - 25 mph winds is on the table. Boom potential is 2" - 4" rain, with 30+mph wind. Bust is less than 0.5" and a slight breeze.
