  1. Past hour
  2. Almost all of SNE gets 1-2” tomorrow night. Sneaky little system
  3. Not interested in the 1-2" iso 3" potential for tomorrow night? Pretty cool for the ball drop
  4. It's slick also. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  5. Laying on the road Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  6. Snowing good on Smoky Park highway at Enka Candler. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  7. Back to back days with .03” of rain. Low of 28. Winds had me up through the night and were downright vicious around 3am. Let’s see if we can’t catch a dusting one of the next couple nights.
  8. Question is, does the blocking show up as some seem to think it will. If it does, It doesn't look like the models are picking up on it yet, except maybe the Euro around the 10th? I guess the GoofusAI is showing some sort of Miller A at that time as well... FWIW
  9. There was one steady freight train one around 3:30AM. Lasted a couple of minutes. Pretty intense.
  10. 26 degrees, winds been blowing hard all night, kept me half awake. 51 mph gust up here.
  11. Blowing around a lot but snowing good. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  12. 6° and moderate snow in Wolf. About an inch on the ground. Sent from my Pixel 10 Pro using Tapatalk
  13. Euro caved to GFS- east coast trough replaced with a ridge and blocking evaporates. Ugly ugly ugly
  14. Currently 29 here, had a wind gust earlier in excess of 40mph.
  15. Horrific trends overnight on models and ensembles. Blocking lost and thoughts of west coast ridging replaced with west coast trough. Going to be an interesting day to see where we go from here or if this was more than a blip
  16. A pleasant surprise this morning. Walked out to get some more firewood and I have moderate snow with a dusting on everything. Current temp is 14 degrees.
  17. Woke me up a couple times. Thought a jet was overhead. Hasn't blown like this in awhile.
  18. Today
  19. Either the GEFS is about to score one of its biggest coups ever or it’s about to go down in an epic dumpster fire
  20. Despite pretty high winds, the most impactful weather has shifted over to the snow bands that set up late this evening/early this morning in combo with the winds of course. Opted for a late night snow chase on a band that set up in northern Blair/NW Huntingdon a couple hours ago and it ended up being worth it. Some folks probably saw their biggest snowfall of the season to date under it. 2-4” was common on the I-99 corridor roughly between Bellwood-Tyrone, carrying over into Huntingdon County. Very impressive for a LES band being off the Laurel’s. I-99 between Tipton (Exit 45) and Tyrone (48) PA 45 in Spruce Creek, PA (NW Huntingdon) This band missed here by about 6 miles or so, there’s only about a half inch of wind blown snow here at the house.
