  3. What the hell? Haven’t heard of anyone coming down with that, in what seems like forever. Speedy recovery man!!
  4. Check out the left moving supercell into that line in Pittsburgh. Man SW PA is just a thunderstorm machine this summer.
  5. Had plenty of recovery time. If doesn’t storm here it’s not cause of that. The area in pa that is getting smacked now was just as “worked over” this morning.

  7. I’ll take the happy hour rgem lol that’s also a sentence I hope to post a lot this winter
  8. Looks like the Potomac River into NOVA is favored. Maryland side is just too worked over.
  9. Although they seem more piecemeal, 19z and 20z HRRR are speeding up the "threat"... now it arrives around 11pm to midnight. Earlier HRRR runs were after midnight to 3am
  10. wow! I hope nobody got hurt It started to rain heavily here with several lightning bolts in the clouds, 20-40mph wind gusts, a few (minor?) wind reports around Toledo, including a tree down in the downtown Toledo area. Low bits of clouds were moving quick with the onset of the storm, like 40mph or more.

  12. Pretty sure I’m recovering from Covid. Coming up on 2 weeks since I got sick. Fuggin sucks.
  13. Thats where I am from before moving out this way last year. My family and friends said the sky was green and you could see the lowering of brief wall clouds and spin ups. Almost 300k out of power and counting. And thats after all the storms they have gotten in the area this year.
  14. i appreciate your perspective, and allow me to suggest this: so much of this isn't really "debate" at all, it's just disagreement and arguing for that sake. spectacle. Reasonable people can disagree on interpretation, but blowhards are rarely reasonable, and often are pushing an agenda, or are paid shills. Our collective understanding of what we are doing to our environment needs to be led by curiosity and a desire to understand. Scientific debate founded in honest curiosity doesn't have an agenda and doesn't seek an audience, or sponsor.
  15. Only got to upper 80s. Not sure what heat index got to. .
  16. Yeah it’s 92 here now too. That heat escalated quickly IMBY
  17. Been there! Still get the floaters, but luckily (with age) the headaches are just annoying and no longer debilitating. Broke my back twice while in my twenties, along with other multiple broken bones (age makes these more difficult to deal with now). Hope ya feel better tomorrow!!
  18. I see golf ball sized hail and winds to 70mph in the warnings ETA - LSRs coming out with numerous trees, power lines, and power poles downed
  19. Back spasms and migraine today. I’m like a Larry Bird/Wes Welker love child today…laying on my back in a dark room.
