I should be up to a half inch since Tuesday night with the latest light rain, which almost puts me in the jackpot this time. With all of the dreariness and gross humidity the past two days, people will perceive that we've gotten much more rain than we actually have.

Of course the southern extent of the rain in Virginia fizzled out, the only part that had a chance of getting the NYC area.

How much has Central park received so far since yesterday?

Once we start to get something a bit more organized we should get a better idea. The "center" has been jumping like crazy over the last day, particularly since last evening. Once concern I have though is potential for RI if this 1) gets its act together quickly and 2) If it tracks within the zone of higher OHC Doesn't mean anything for us but I would be watching extremely closely anywhere from the northeast Florida coast up to coastal NC.

I’d sacrifice 20 degrees for prolonged sunlight at this point.

RGEM has sucked a lot the past year or so with precip

.77 rain today, most rain I had since the last week of July. Got back from Louisville KY. on Monday night late from attended the largest 4 day rock festival in the country (Louder Than Life) It was very hot 3 out of the 4 days there with temps in the 90's.
