  2. We will hit 50 plus many times on cutters. March 18 had 70 plus
  3. I like seeing the heavy plume of rain intensifying all the way down to central NC. Hopefully we still have a solid moisture feed after we switch to snow.
  4. Lights are flickering here and they don’t do that often. This wind is top tier, even for the Frederick wind factory.
  5. Look - I'm not trying to argue that renewable energy isn't a good thing, and that it's use is not growing. 6. Yep. We probably needed a combo of this coming through during daylight, and also more breaks in the clouds during the day...and less crapvection. Perhaps any combo of two would have worked.
  7. IAD just gusted to 57 kts... Edit: Ahhhh, of course the Eskimo Joe beat me.
  8. As of 8pm, I'm at 71.5". Sent from my Pixel 10 Pro using Tapatalk
  9. Its been raining pretty good although heavier to the SE. Local PWS stations around here are around 1.2-1.4 so far.
  10. You’ll have to give us a seasonal update tomorrow.
  11. The line is packing a punch south intoVA and S MD. I had a gust of 42 mph - so a normal Monday here.
  12. This shape of the line with a bend nearing DC/NoVa was well modeled by the HRRR
