  1. Past hour
  2. We just needed like twenty more miles… unfortunately it just slowly slid back from that.
  3. 20", but I measured twice. Once at 17.5", cleared the area, then another 2.5" fell after that.
  4. Moderate Snow now in Bergen , looks like its finally starting to wind down soon for our area. Maybe another 2 hours of moderate to light snow
  5. Just as I read this, perhaps the strongest gust of the storm swirled through here in Monson.
  6. wow It's coming down in the city beautifully!
  7. Nice picture - thanks for sharing. Pretty amazing when you consider that's a 2000+ mile storm and everything visible is at most about 8-9 miles thick. The fluid dynamics of what mother nature can muster is impressive.
  8. A part of me wants PVD to break 1978's record but despite the totals nearby I don't think it's very likely to happen. Maybe they will be 2nd.
  9. Thank you. Yes, if you look at the geographical territory of the NWS office and compare versus the final forecast map you posted, a relatively small percentage of the area verified. I still believe at least 75% of the forecast area was significantly lower than predictions. Sometimes on forums like this, the what happened in my backyard mantra, clouds people’s assessment of forecast accuracy, both under and over.
  10. The Euro holds weight but its not the king in my opinion.
  11. Hammer has been full throttle since the storm started last night here at Lava Lake since. Been out already to clear the driveway once. I have no idea how much has fallen since the wind of the lake has been relentless, If I could post a video I would. Maybe i will do it through Youtube later.
  12. Oh This Winter is F- now. This Storm has done the Impossible. 1. Giving me LESS than the SWFE I missed. 2. YET, is giving 24-36 INSIDE the smallest state in the Union which I’m in, where people are talking like it’s the Biggest and Baddest Storm since the Blizzard of 1978. And I STILL Missed it. I truly might not even get 20”. That, THAT is More Impressive than my 3 World Championships.
  13. Estimated before. I measured not too long ago and have 10.50” as of noon.
  14. On the 12 Z ai Friday has trended back north again. Looks like the core of it still goes over southern and central New England but we do pretty well up here. And I think that’s a pretty big jump since the last time I looked when it was pretty far south.
  15. I got slices and chunks of white cheddar flying all over the place!! 4” snowboard and 5” zero sun areas. It accumulated 1” in no sun spots before snowboard began accumulation . Sister about 10 miles east of Salisbury has no power and tree down across driveway and another tree on a car. 60mph gusts there Freezing aspect takes over several hours after dark
  16. As we’ve slogged our way through February I’ve slowly begun preparing for the season. I refined what’s in the bag: I traded in my collection of Titleist TSR clubs (driver, 3 wood, 5 wood, hybrid, hybrid) and a Taylormade 2 iron in an effort to consolidate into a GT driver, 3 wood, 3 hybrid and 4 hybrid. I have mapped out my tournament schedule. And I wrote down goals for the year.
  17. Rgem vs its hires version. This was 6z look at differences over RI S MA. Think its bugged or something lol
