0.92" Heavier stuff has ended, but looks like some scattered light to moderate showers to the west will pass through in the next hour or so. I'll be outside raking out thatch and loosening soil tomorrow for re-seeding/overseeding.

All of that rain west of me on radar this morning resulted in .01 inches. Only .14 inches of rain month to date. -

City east and south is getting all the steady stuff now -
about .9” here. Should get to about an inch.

South coast peeps: you’ll get a chance later tonight and tomorrow with a boost in MUCAPE moving in.

Up to 0.83" here and still raining moderately. Just some garden variety T&L. Nothing really close. No wind to speak of. All about the rain for me. About to put down a combo of white clover and grass seed and can't do it on parched soil.

Check out FOX Weather PARK'D Rocky Mountain National Park on a search engine. At least 2 videos. Also on weekend evenings the show PARK'D airs on FOX Weather. I have seen RMNP and others as they repeat. Good luck, enjoy!

Neighbor down the road is measuring .93, perfect. Hopefully a bit more tomorrow and should be good for fall lawn, as long as we don't go full on stein.

We had about 1" in this area on several Weather Undergound stations. Definitely looked more robust on radar to the north. -
After tonight looks like a solid week of lows in the 40s here in the N ORH hill towns.

No Stein issues here. Well over an hour of heavy rain with some thunder and lightning. A few gusts and marginally threatening sky before the deluge. I'm thinking close to two inches of rain....lots of minor flooding/ponding on roadways -
