81/67. Dews shoT up when winds turned SW. started from a S coast seabreeze and surging northeast as mentioned this morning.

Ai models keep weekend shunted south which makes sense with that strong HP to the north. Bet we’ll see ops follow suit this week

10-11 was great. 96-97 naso much but had the April fools blizzard.

Worth it. Venus and a sliver of the Moon are gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice.

My favorite green is the fresh early warm season green, especially when we line up warmth and sun after rains.

Your memory is horrible I know…but 10-11 was incredible(fabulous for CT) so we take that anytime. Amazing you didn’t remember 10-11?  December 2010 had a Boxing Day blizzard(heart of it was SW), then a huge Norlun, and then two more full blown blizzards. Roofs all caving in by late January that year 2011. Massive pack. Awesome.

It wasn’t horrid…you asked for both, one was fabulous. One not so much. But there was a good event in December of 1996, and then the April fools big one. It’s a crapshoot all the time..so no rhyme or reason really. What’s happening tomorrow has zero bearing on what happens 6-7 months from now.

Yup, played with cold beer in a hot Brewery today then swam in the river and had a 2 mile walk with the dog.

That was/has been one of my favorite winters as well.  ‘10-11 was a classic for active, moisture rich patterns with well-timed air masses.
