Mikeymac5306
All major models showing a coastal storm. Some have it as a MECS or HECS, some do not. NAM is in range and currently running. I am just hoping I can get my flight Sunday AM. Happy tracking!

Newman
Let's get these 12z runs rocking and rolling. Just a few more ticks with the Euro trough consolidation/orientation and the coastal folks are happy. Just something to work with is what I'd hope for. I think the AIFS is a happy medium and reasonable solution right now. A plowable snow along the coast is looking more likely now, at the least. My family is flying down to see me in Tallahassee tomorrow morning, supposed to fly back Monday morning back into Philly... We'll see if that ends up happening but I'm leaning towards a day cancellation
ChescoWx
Like others on here with travel issues - I have my first client trip of 2026 to Phoenix early on Monday afternoon - meaning it will snow!
Duca892
Safe guess is warning level stays closer or even South/East of Philly. EURO seems to lead the train with the GFS being a clear outlier.

ChescoWx
I do suspect the so called atmospheric memory of this winter will be how this ends up. Close but just a little outside! That said the IVT plus a graze could result in measurable snow for many on this forum.

Hope you get well soon. 12z NAM at range is a complete whiff. Good start to 12z GFS is going to cave and we'll be tracking the IVT the rest of the way

Newman
All long range NAM caveats apply, but it looks absolutely nothing like the GFS and Euro with regards to the confluence over New England. Also much slower.

Melting has been much welcomed, my back parking spot is finally useable again lmfao, it is strict loose rock/stone so it was almost impossible to shovel without making a total mess

Newman
12z GFS is a huge hit. I'm laughing because it seems like every other model (so far) at 12z turned more unfavorable and now the GFS double downs At the very least, it's entertainment.

Yep tracking is fun only if you let yourself have these ups and downs. I’ve learned to be entertained and deal with it.
