Sunday would be a little wet at first hopefully add a solid base before the cold next week..

Kev, if sacrificing Saturday can bring a region wide significant event Sunday night/Monday, that’s a no brainer.

The state plow guys are masters at dropping the blades for fantasy snow on RT 20! They went though with the blade down a couple nights back when they were laying treatment. We only had like 3 flakes, and they were slop

Yeah... HRRR hasn't been very good lately... not that NAMmie is great, but I tend to go with that a bit more

Best dynamics are from Litchfield to Putnam to Morris and then the band shifts east and rips for an hour or two. its been all over the place so i wouldn't trust much of this but it really beefed up qpf across CT into LHV NJ from 6Z.

HRRR I think is very good if you know how to use it, not as bible, its not as bipolar as NAMs and RRFS

i guess, its hard for me to trust the NAM at any point ill look at inside of 24hrs for trends and bufkit and whatnot but it fell flat on its face inside of 6 hours on 12/23

I think it can show some trends a bit more consistently (just eyeballing)... but it does seem to overso things

Yes—just don’t want to get stuck in the middle with the worst of both worlds. Too far west Saturday, not west enough Sunday. 

As it stands though it seems like it’s playing out like I thought. Bring the C-2 line up and in. Most potential in NW CT.

That might be how the models look now, but I’m thinking that’s transitional as models converge on a final outcome. I think it’s probably Saturday or Sunday/Monday producing significantly rather than neither or both if that makes sense.
