ABC27 thinks snow could be done by 8:30pm Sunday night.

Man, I hope it's not done that early. As of right now, we have no scheduled loads for Monday because of the snow. If it stops that early, if the roads are in any way passable, we'll be expected to go out. As I pointed out in a previous post, I'm a one man show when it comes to snow removal for two properties and three vehicles. I'll need most of Monday to clean this stuff up.

Morning starting off nicely.  Subtle shifts in favorable directions.  6z suite is just fine.

and yeah GFS came off its high horse, but is still looking just fine.

goalposts narrow....and were nicely placed within.

93 Superstorm had the same type of results sleet at times mostly snow.

I think I got about 18” off of that storm. It was a long time ago.

Thanks to everyone who’s posting maps and giving their thoughts on this storm!
I’m just going to say…this is going to be our biggest storm of the season. just sit back and enjoy and watch it play out.

-1 degree this morning.

Just my thoughts: I think the GFS and Euro has been pretty steadfast.

Nam in the past has had a way of sniffing out the warm nose. But it’s kind of all over so far with this storm. So it wouldn’t be my choice.

Most everyone is going to get a foot of snow so enjoy!

I’m getting my tractor around for this storm and my big Ariens blower. Pace yourself cleaning the snow up. We don’t need any heart attacks.

I know I got 17" total out of that one when I lived in Bethlehem. How much of it was sleet, I can't remember, but it was a decent amount.

Nope. Anything under 20 is a bust as far as I'm concerned... :P

I’m not really sure I was working for Williamsport Bureau of Fire. And I was kept pretty busy. I don’t think sleet was to awful bad.

Today is transition day for me.  My goalposts are pretty much set.  Barring any last minute surprises, its time for me to sit back and enjoy whatever the tally ends up being.

My obsession is to get one squarely in my sights, the thrill of the chase, has absolutely been met.  Still feel (like I did from days ago) that this setup is less complicated and safer for a notable event.  I wont fret over a few inches +/- from a computer model.  Of course I'll be here, but I'm gonna enjoy every model run, and start looking out windows instead of computer screen.  Actually think my 13.9" for KMDT is in play.

This has been a really fun week w/ yall.  Thanks for playin along.

I hope the power doesn't go out with these brutal temps during and after the storm. A lot of people will be in trouble.

I think Pa is largely safe, but south of M/D where IP is involved, yeah thats a scary concern because of temps that follow.
