BretWx
The last thing I would have expected was possibly getting a foot of snow today. It's not out of the question. Unreal!

BretWx
Down to 18. Heaviest rates yet. Thought it was starting to back off but then BLAM! The pivot set this band up right over us and doesn't look to move much for a few hours.

Maggie Valley Steve
13 with Moderate snow with visibility less than a 1/4 mile. The upper trough is dropping SE from Western Tennessee with the upper low beginning to close off over Northern Mississippi and Nothern Alabama. Will be watching to see if the trough goes to neutral/negative tilt as the day wears on. I see no signs of the snow letting up throughout the next 24 hours at least.

BhamParker
10-11 inch measurements everywhere. Ratios are ridiculous and it’s been hammering all morning. It’s unreal. My dad shoveled the driveway and it’s 3 inches deep and he did it an hour and a half ago. .
BretWx
The pivot happening over me during the heaviest rates is wild! I was happy for snow. Not prepared for all the shoveling I am about to have to do LOL!
