I did that with my two girls from age 6 thru high school school . The amount of times I stood out watching games on days like today is too many to count. A couple times in snow with snow on fields . I don’t miss these weather days, but man do I miss watching them and the games and the joking with parents . It goes way too fast

18z NAM salvages saturday after 12pm ...  take it run man. 

Still selling -1.5 SD high temperature Sunday afternoon ... rather incongruous with the background behavior of always verifying warmer than guidance, because guidance is still modeling an atmosphere that predates the acceleration of GW so we'll see

It may not be a "warm" day but I suspect the solar max roasting through a d-slope flow like that's going to go above machine numbers.  Might be a nerd fest opportunity -

Yeah it’s been terrible up here. A couple of random nice days during the work week, but rusty coat hanger weekends.

  Coastal York, Interior Cumberland Highlands, Interior York and
  Southern Franklin and southern New Hampshire, including the
  following area, Coastal Rockingham.

* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding
  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor the latest forecast and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Heavy rains today. Don't know how much because I own no outdoor space at my apartment to put a rain gauge.

Either way, loved the temps and it being overcast. Got my windows open again and it feels soooo good. My favorite kinda weather (aside from the pouring rain, but we need it to further fend off the drought). I get to sleep comfortably under my covers because of this amazing weather!! =D

The GFS runs four times a day (00Z, 06Z, 12Z, and 18Z UTC) and its accuracy doesn't seem to be heavily influenced by the specific time of the run. However, some studies suggest that the 06Z/18Z runs might offer better results for longer-term forecasts (up to 6-7 days) compared to the 00Z/12Z runs, but the difference is small. "

Mid-week through Friday:

"By mid-week, we shift to a more unsettled weather pattern. Ensemble guidance shows a general consensus with a slow moving southerly stream upper trough moving across the region through Friday. This will bring up a plume of above normal moisture (~120-170% of normal). Upper level support will be limited, but there should be weak ascent and sufficient moisture to support periods of scattered showers Wednesday through Friday. With the increased moisture,dewpoints will rise into the upper 50s/low 60s .
