EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey...and southeast Pennsylvania...
  including the following areas...in New Jersey...Mercer, Middlesex,
  and Somerset. In southeast Pennsylvania...Delaware, Eastern
  Montgomery, Lower Bucks, and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are expected across the
    watch area this afternoon and this evening. Widespread
    rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches with locally higher amounts
    are possible. These totals may result in flash
    flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

There's some clearing off to our SW headed this way. Let's see if the late June sun angle works it's magic.

Was never suppose to happen this early...maybe a shower. Late this afternoon/this evening is the time slot...

You would see more action at this time of the day. I am thinking that quadrant from southern Lehigh Valley through Philly is pretty quiet the rest of the day. Hope I am wrong!

State college radar and W...that's our stuff building late this afternoon and more likely early evening.
