Dews and warmth into early October. What am I missing?

I like this cool shot, but guidance looks pretty warm into October. Probably not a huge torch like some Nina Octobers..but a decent warm signal on the weeklies.

Slightly AN is fine with me, especially if we stay on the dry side of the curve.  But yeah, crisp mornings have been nice for a change.

Are we convinced we don’t see a coolish shot Friday/Saturday? Euro’s not too impressed but other guidance shows potential.

Are we also convinced FROPA on the deep trough doesn’t happen 9/29ish?

I just mean overall. We’ll get maybe some cooler air for a time Friday and/or Saturday before we finally get some rain hopefully . GEFS says fropa at end of month. EPS looks like after the first few days of October. But these cold shots of 540 air tickling SNE are done for awhile.

Bet that shifts west again like all summer. Starts out as floods in Sne and ends up over NW Nj into Ny state

We know you won't believe it until it's actually happening.  Even if a 24 hour prog has you getting half a foot of water, ha.

I’m pretty sure no one here believes it. I’m sure you don’t .

Day 7-10 QPF maps, that's all the needs to be said.

I still think you're going to doubt any rainfall coming up though, regardless of prog or day.  Shook but with reason.

It’s a well modeled cutoff. Looks like a good drink finally.

I’d guess we’ve heard that 5-10 x this summer . The only time it worked out was in early July . Since then Stein has strangled every event. Wagons west for big amounts seems most likely on this.

I am in the ACATT group though. Summer is over. I wasn’t trying to be all hyperbole.....just seems like we are done with these big cool downs for awhile.

Broke out the flannel and made chowder this morning, then split wood and stacked it like a boss. Also stocked up on cider and assorted brown liquors. Yup, it's fall up in this bitch.
