Dunkman Posted April 20, 2020 Whatever that is in eastern AL is really close to the KEOX radar site and they haven't updated in over 20 minutes. edit: That's not totally accurate, I just got a 9 minute old L3 image on GR3, but it's certainly coming out slow. yoda Posted April 20, 2020 Guess I missed why, but why did TAE (NWS Tallahassee) have its warnings issued first by JAX (NWS Jacksonville) and is now having them issued by HGX (NWS Houston/Galveston) in Texas? ETA: I found this on the Twitter page - https://mobile.twitter.com/NWSTallahassee/status/1252105363110932481 Would that be why?
Cheeznado Posted April 20, 2020 Overall this was a pretty big bust tornado wise, really only 5 separate reports so far. There will be a few more added after surveys but in general the large 15% hatched did not verify. Which is good news.

Also had some minor roof damage and a construction trailer thrown across I-75 near Ocala according to local reports. Looks like Florida will be adding to the tornado reports from this system..
