Very little advancement of the leafout here over the last week. 26F here this morning, 14F below normal. Tree's here are still mostly the same as last week. 50% bare, 40% in seed and 10% in flower.

Lots of garden Daffodils and Narcissus, about 2 weeks later than normal.

Tehnically the correct way is to say there’s a -1.9 departure or we are 1.9 below normal.
