Yes sir.  When I was driving home from N. Aroostook that morning...my truck temp gauge saw -28F at 6:15 am.  That’s why I said I don’t think tonight beats last Saturday night..?

Yeah that was -24F at MVL.  My wife said she was getting consistent -22F to -24F on her car as she drove to work that morning.  That's pretty cold.  I could see negative upper teens to low twenties here?

Northeast Kingdom of Vermont temps right now...

Lake Eden LEDV1 1200ft... -21F

Gallup Mills GALV1 1300ft... -19F

Island Pond ISPV1 1200ft... -19F

That seems to be the sweet spot elevation... the higher valley spots.

Now -16/-32. My daughter has ski school at 9, yikes

It’s going into the busiest Saturday of the year for the ski resorts.  Presidents Weekend is a huge one.  The cold should delay the arrival.

First Lake -28F

wtf

Didnt see this before I posted the temps. They sure can radiate, but theres alot of upslope cloud contamination most of the time. The first lake station is across from the dam on a sloped lawn, I'm sure closer to the river drops even more

I like the 7F drop in 5 mins. I like using IR to "see" the cold spots. Pretty nasty right over the border from MSS too.

Shows it well. Definetely "fake cold", John's nh station is maybe a mile from the first lake coop and a couple hundred feet higher and he's -18f
