Yeah, we had an issue with that in the late 90`s. Better bonding compounds now make that more rare.

The rubber is a necessary componant to help dampen small engine vibrations and soften the transition of differing load demands from hp robbing consumers such as ac and ps pumps.

@Bevo, you gotta post more often on here, man.  You used to be on here a ton.  Come on back.

Yeah, I know...

I've just become a bitter old shadow of the slightly less bitter old shadow I once was.

I believe so. A friend of mine got the shot and tagged me in it on Facebook.

Big fan of the GEEPS and the switchers are the unsung work horses of the lines. The old ones are slowly going away. Thanks for posting.

A lot of snow has melted away today after cracking 50... sometimes that pesky layer of sleet that we usually get helps hold it longer but pure snow goes quicker.

Sure does. What's left has quickly refrozen tonight. Road in front of my house is a skating ring right now.

Raleigh has been due.  They haven't had a good snowstorm since Jan 25, 2000.

I haven't had a good snowstorm (8.5") since 12/8/17. What gives?

Sorry, had to. :D

Seriously tho, glad the majority of this board (NC/upstate SC) saw an overperforming good snowstorm. It's always nice to have something overperform, since 9/10 times we underperform; such is winter life in the south.

Poof, and it's gone.  An amazing lack of mud considering how fast the snow disappeared. I suspect a good portion was lost to sublimation.
