  1. It will be interesting to see what the highest totals are from this storm. Looks like this one is WAY overperforming for many of you in interior MA/etc...
  2. Too bad I was only 3 at the time. You guys in the upstate got like a foot or two right?
  3. Lately we seem to go good boom and bad boom. Which is this "boom"?
  4. Same here. We got like 3 or 4 winters worth of snow in about 24 hours. Now watch us go 3-4 winters with nothing. THAT would REALLY suck.
  5. You know it's crazy, after that snowstorm I told myself I didn't need another storm this winter, but all these chances lately have reeled me in and it's hard to not be dissapointed as they dry up, but I will always have the pics in my phone of that historic storm! That is a gorgeous pic though!
  6. Who says we need a bust of a storm to start drinking? Muahahaha!
  7. Is that Cobb County amount yours or from another observation?
  8. Could the map be posted? I'm very anxious to see what it looks like!
  9. There are far too many winters where we don't even get as much snow as that is advertising, in early December no less!
  10. BTW Hickory Flat is in SE Cherokee right? Could be Cherokee is where there is a tight gradient. You and I might score and someplace like Waleska gets almost nothing. One thing's for sure, I work friday but productivity will be at a bare minimum lol. It's awesome to have a threat this early.
  11. I know it sucks. I really hope I don't have to end up driving south (of all places) to see the first accumulating snow. I've heard people on here say the models tend to not throw precip back far enough NW in these type situations so if they're right and our thermal profiles look good (which they do, especially as far NW as us), game on! Fingers and toes crossed!
  12. Hey where in Canton are you? I'm on the NW side of Cumming. Looks like you and I will be right on the edge of where the colder temps meet the lightest of precip. What are you thinking for our areas?
