-12°F these temps are starting to be common place, It gets to single digits during the day and it feels balmy..........lol

The walk tonight with the dogs felt comfortable at 6, very little wind, amazing how fast you get accustomed to it, even the dogs wanted to stay out tonight, the other night my brother had to carry his little pup in because his paws were frozen.

-21/-26°F, Brrr.

Here too, just brutal.  Reading NWS discussion for next week, wonder if we’ll get near -30F territory?

“Otherwise, whether or not we get a snow event on Thursday, the
models are in very good agreement that another brutal shot of
Arctic air will move in for Thursday night into the weekend and
has some potential to be colder than what we are already
experiencing.”

Dorchester Bay by the yacht club is frozen over. It never froze the last two winters. Pretty impressive. IIRC, it was frozen solid through near 4/1 back in 2015...lol. Maybe Steve has records of Chief Massasoit noting freeze over times for inlets.

I want vids of slush puppy waves ala 15
