One pick-up was on the median with emergency vehicles responding near exit 9, but it didn't look bad at all. Traffic is now creeping very slowly just before exit 11. Idiots are trying to get around it by taking the local lanes, only to have to merge and make things even slower. The turns and side streets in Gaithersburg were covered with snow... the ABS kicked in a couple of times.
