Was driving southbound down I95 in Va a short time ago. The large Potomac Mills sign was shredded to pieces and the canvas material was flying around, some of it along the 95 north and south bound lanes, just north of the Dale City exit. The same sign last week had the opposite side blown away. Now all is left is a large tower with a metal circle.
