I pray the panic room has “Business Interrupt ” insurance. Hopefully government funding will be provided to keep, Forky, S19 and other staff members employed during the “Its really gonna snow” crises. As always ..... -

It is you and your dream that’s most important. Requiring, as a make or break, a 4.0 is rather two dimensional. I wonder if the entire person is really evaluated. As always,....

Your observation is true and in many years generous. However that 25” line will sadly be pushing well north, along the coast, in the decades to come. As always ...

That is wonderful. I also remember Storm Field. That would be a great name for a forum members child. Although, my lost love would have made sure I was gelded if I tried. As always......

Some of us can add another decade above that. I remember the fun days with Tex and Uncle Weathbee,. I also remember the night Frank Field blew a snow forecast and the news crew pelted him with snowballs when he came on that night. Johnny Carson loved to use him in his monologue he would call Frank the crack NBC meteorologist who tonight, predicted lava coming out of the top of the Empire State Building. I remember Joe Bolton as an early TV weatherman using a grease pen. That was a bit before he became Officer Joe. As always ....

Don, I went through this while the first sustained snow fell and melted on my postage stamp backyard. From a now well opened North West Passage to burning duff plugs I found the non biased, non political information ironically poignant as the fading frozen promise continues to fall outside my window. My postage stamp backyard seems to magnify the background UHI effect. There is still a clutch of red fruit almost hidden. My enterprising bushy tailed urban tree rats never got to them. Good idea with the seeds. I’d plant them in my old carcass if I thought it would work. I should have mentioned I have an egg plant still trying to flower. Its much more polite than the tomato. Broccoli, I can understand, especially after eating. You definitely end up getting loud but certainly not sociable. As always.... -

I was reading the observations from my Brooklyn forum neighbors. I rushed to my back window and scanned my overcast postage stamp.. I turned away when the laughter from my still alive tomato plant started to annoy me. I’ll look again after the coffee settles. As always -

I and others are not laughing. The general hope is that you are correct and even conservative in your prediction. The science tools we presently have say such a prediction is a dream. A wonderful, inspiring, magnificent dream but one that is still likely to be impossible. As always.....
