2.2" for the event so far. Nearly continuous rain/drizzle - never heavy for long - haven't seen such a long duration event since I moved back East in 2003. Was in Seattle in an El Nino year - 1998? it reminds me of that event.

Sorry to continue OT here, but this idea comes to mind: https://scripps.ucsd.edu/news/californias-salton-sea-may-be-staving-earthquakes-it-disappears Flooding or refilling the Salton Sea may trigger a San Andreas Fault earthquake. Not something to wish for. PS: I reposted this in the OT section. Sorry I don't know how to move it with my old browser software.

About the same amount here, around 3 or 4 AM. Just over an inch.
-
Got the same here. Just over an inch, with an occasional loud clap of thunder.
-
That storm grazed me, passing to the north. Radar clearly showed it rotating counterclockwise. It was full of lightning, as noted by others. Am not a big fan of 3AM storms with all of that CG lightning and thunder, but they have been rare of late, so enjoy them, if you are so inclined.

1" today.
-
We had around an inch here near Princeton.
-
With all that activity, my little rain gauge shows only 0.3". I'll take it.
-
A nice summer day. Didn't think they made them this way anymore. Got .35" this AM around or just before 5AM. Thunder woke me up, but the line passed through much more gently than what it looked like at 1 or 2 AM.
-
Line has passed through Princeton area, much weaker than earlier radar indicated. Back to bed for a bit.
-
Got about 1.8" where I am - a few miles away. That system just wouldn't budge.
-
Got about 1.8" from that system, most of it toward the end. Definitely moving out now, and maybe weakening? Some places seem to have gotten more, by the radar. More tonight and tomorrow.
-
Getting a good hit down here at last. We need it.

I'm happy that we are getting this soaking at last. Good luck, especially in PA, which missed most of the last event, such as it was. -

Hmm - I am located at the NW corner of the Hwy"1" marker. Near the top of the area. Sorry but my software is old. I suspect that any tornado would be located further east. We'll see. . . Added: The storm was a real quick hitter. Sun was shining again in minutes, at least at my location. -
Just passed through. Hail, thunder. What a Winter!

Hail and thunderstorm passing through here right now. -

Oh - I was just joking. Sorry about that. Methane is many times more potent as a greenhouse gas, as you know, so I was making an ironic joke. It's all bad, which is your point, of course. Pardon my incoherence. Am too old for this stuff. You know, as a kid, we burned coal gas, which was part H2 and part CO. Gasp. Kept the house warm overnight by burning kerosene. Lots of house fires too!
