Models are trending towards bringing a band of snow through your area overnight/early morning. I'm probably too far west to get in on it even if it keeps trending south/west with the precip, but I hope the RIC contingent can get in on accumulating snow a third time this year:

Just got back from a 6 county tour (did that put the Gilligan ear worm in your heads? lmao). Drove over 75 miles in the country. Best snow here in over 3 years which is pretty sad. Really started drifting about an hour ago. This stuff is pure powder high SLR snow so when the winds really pick up its gonna be on again. We've gotten a solid 6 maybe 7 as this last band comes through. Visibility is still down to a 1/4 mile or so out where I live. 2 footers starting to form as I pulled in so I'm heading back out with the dog and busting them I should note, I can drive in a 8 mile circle and go through 4 counties lol

Lots of 5-7in reports around my area! This exceeded my expectations. Peoria official total at airport was 5.7in. Peoria is at 16.9in for season now which makes it 2nd snowiest start on record. Also we have already exceeded all of last winter's snowfall by a large margin.

Call was damn near $ I measured 5.3” and just to my east there was a 7” jackpot zone. Roads were a complete disaster. Unfortunately the blistering start to winter comes to a screeching halt now, but amazing none the less!
