40 bucks spent chasing heavy rain.

Clearing and sunshine just in time for sunset. Again.

A very dewy 65/64 here
-
What’s the point of rooting for sun? It’ll just be obscured by smoke.
-
59 for the high. Unreal.
-
Fuck off
-
Only .06 inch of rain here today, combined with yesterday only .12

I came from the South. And it wasn't even Florida. And even there I was indeed very sick of the relentless heat and humidity. Where I came from, mid 80s in the summer is considered a cool day. And if you have a single cloud cover the sun for even five seconds it's a major relief. I cannot even fathom Florida. It sounds like Hell to me. Anyway, I cannot understand this whining about a couple of cloudy, cool days a week.

Low taxes, plentiful land in some areas....but now much higher homeowner's premiums so it's slowing...

2025 Lawns & Gardens Thread. Making Lawns Great Again
SJonesWX replied to Damage In Tolland's topic in New England
without seeing it, that would be my guess. With all the rain we have had, I would be surprised if someones lawn didn't have it red thread is more orange than red, and it can show as brown/light brown initiailaly. -
Are there any good resources to learn little things like this, or is it all just time, experience, and networking? It feels like there’s still so much to learn. I should practice forecasting while I’m not doing anything.

Sure. That's why the state is booming with millions moving there, while the northeast is barely growing, if at all.
-
Here too, in and out of clouds, but currently the sun is out! I guess that call of the sun coming out between 3-4 pm turned out to be right!

Yesterday morning's Euro run was just a tease. The mid to late-week storms have been lifted north again. Most models show little to nothing here. At least the garden will get some nice sun and heat.
-
Other places in New England may have had worse weather this spring, but the season here was rainier and cloudier than my average (and only 50% of avg snow). More days with measurable precip, more with at least 1/2" - only the big rain days were lacking, as no day this year has reached 1".

Sun out, 78!

You could get a lot of damage done just watching the sox 1 run losses this year.
-
That is the best way to celebrate pride month.
-
Maybe some monitors with Boston sports teams reruns?

Find the nearest rage room and just bust shit up, Start with a laptop running the Euro and go from there.
