Most of the southern 4 counties of CT will be falling in the 2-4" range and 1-2 north of there. Keep in mind a lot of these reports aren't final so theyll be higher than this. this approximates the 2-5" line in CT. ill know tommorrow morning after i get cocorahs reports, coop and NWS PNS releases. Where i drew the line is pretty close to actuality but just tilted a bit more flat and then goes up through nrn fairfield cty.

Objectively, this was a 4” storm for most of NYC. I don’t think that if cpk gets 3.9” then the winter is an auto fail by this standard. Just as 4.1” doesn’t necessarily mean we’re in for a 50” blockbuster.

It’s coming onshore coastal NH now. There’s the overall inverted trough and then the more convective elements closer to the coast embedded.

4.1” total up here near KMGJ, melted down to .27 making for a 15:1 snow ratio, nice fluffy easy cleanup stuff. 8.6” for the season.

I have a photo of my measurement but can’t post it here. Jim is right. My elevation here is about 250 and being inland helped for sure. We had a coating right from the start and got in some nice banding.

Right on the sound probably not a good spot since it might've been a couple degrees warmer and lost some of the initial snow.

What Brian said, These Inv's are always tough to pin point until go time to where they end up, You can see it lurking off the coast from you up to PWM, You can get some decent accumulations out of them if your under the fire hose.
