  1. Past hour
  2. 24 degrees. Heavy snow has turned into light snow.
  3. Much bigger flake size with this second band, hopefully it accumulates as efficiently as the first. Yorktown, NY
  4. After a lull back to moderate snow about .5" from the first batch. No sleet yet
  5. These patches of yellow on the sleet line line up with the swiss cheese subsidence holes and push back a little when the precip increases. But not what I was hoping to see in the radar presentation for holding the sleet back. Last Feb's SWFE was way more organized with the precip so the sleet was slower to advance. Hopefully it doesn't advance too far into the city and it gets its act together for everyone. But those places by I-287 are probably done for much more snow.
  6. Quite a few multi vehicle crashes reported on 22 by cedar crest and 309. Roads are a mess. Cars driving with hazards and doing 10mph by My apts. Freezing rain with a few pellets mixed in. The cameras are getting frozen over on 22 cams.
  7. It’s pretty infuriating this isn’t snow, by the way. Like cmon Mother Nature, throw us a break.
  8. This is why people shouldn't ignore the NAM with mid-level warmth. With that said, let's see how it plays out.
  9. Given the radar over NYC and NE NJ I’m surprised most stations aren’t reporting anything
  10. I don't know if it is pouring down freezing rain or sleet, but there is what my driveway looks like. Temp is 27.5 in West Hanover Township.
  11. Yeah the graupel down by me Is crazy, my driveway is an ice rink. 29/25 right now The put a lot of salt down but this is more treacherous than snow atm
  12. It hasn't registered yet but I believe it with the history so far Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
  13. Just had thunder/lightning in heavy sleet right now in Lebanon .
  14. 21/4 nada here yet, looks like pound town SW of my area tho.
  15. You talking Valentine's 2007? My street WAS literally a slot car track. I live on a single lane one way street, and the two tire ruts in the frozen slush were 2-3 inches deep. If you could get out of your parking space, you didn't need to hold the wheel to go down the street. The car just tracked straight down the street.
  16. Thats crazy, im in North Caldwell with moderate snow
  17. I don't feel like lack of preceiptitation is going to come into play here. We at least have just over a 100 mile train of freezing rain to go Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
