  1. Past hour
  2. On this ensemble at least looking at the players on the field the center of the high way out in the Eastern Atlantic would allow this to turn north or even continue westbound depending on high up north along the Eastern States. Now what is exactly going on along the east coast will tell the tale to where exactly this will go. I mean right now (and caveat is right now) there is quite a bit of blocking going on off the Mid-Atlantic and New England coasts the Carolinas by no means are out of the woods at this long lead or up into the Middle Atlantic and Northeast.
  3. I really like using a “super ensemble” to visualize what’s being modeled, and Tomer has a great site that shows the trend over time.
  4. I'm an Orioles/commanders fan so I have decades of sports misery. Growing up in the 80s I'm sure there's plenty of others my age that root for those 2 teams. That time frame between when the colts left and the Nats werent here yet.
  5. While today got into the low 90s by me the seabreeze was furious in the late after and brought me down to a comfortable upper 70s by late afternoon/evening with dews not being out of control.
  6. This applies to winter also
  7. Models and forecasts seem to be showing mid 80s to low 90s this coming week. Today was an out performer at least in my back yard. We'll see what happens
  8. WB 0Z NBM, can't make this stuff up at Day 7. Back to the dust bowl.
  9. HubbDave's high temp looks fairly indicative of the SNE highs? Wonder if the leaves are changing on Nantucket with a high of only 73F though...
  10. feels like we are gonna need some sort of tropical system/influence to keep us from going back into a drought
  11. Largest population of Massachusetts doesn't live in hubbardston.
  12. Oh you got to 89F there? That's pretty legit warm. I read kdxken's posts and thought it was below normal and cool down there.
  13. Today’s weather was on a different level. And the moonrise/sunset and moonset/sunrise has been fun. Definitely could use rain, but I’ve been enjoying the bike trails lately while we revert back to the semi-arid, steppe climate.
  14. What are we rooting for here? I’m all in for a little hanky panky but I don’t need to be having an oopsie baby at this point in my life.
  15. Ima broken man. Wonder if I can exhume the Davis VP2 from the catacombs.
  16. Looks like we got to 89F here. I was down in RI all day so missed it. House is pretty warm so AC has been turned back on.
  17. I guess this was a huge storm that I wasn't even paying attention to, because it was overnight
  18. We are suffering through it. Both photos from this evening… from the perch to the valley. Its been a great summer since it stopped raining.
