    These snow squalls are amazing. Near blizzard conditions with them. Just had 28mph winds and 1/8th mile vis for about ten minutes.

    Don't know how much wind we get but I do get a kick out of those who post those wind maps are way over blown. Yep sometimes but they have been very correct as well at times. What time is this one? Could be over done then again maybe not. Always get a kick out of all inclusive posts.

    They can spit out those gusts all they want. If we’re inverted we’re not mixing the winds down efficiently. But it will still be windy even if you only maximize 75% of it.

    Hi today was 63, now it's 27 with a legit snowstorm outside. Winds clocked in the upper 40mph range w/visibilities under 1/4mi at times. I just got back from a business trip and was paying attention to the severe threat and didn't really think about the wintry side. Nice surprise!

    That gust front is moving its way across the mid state. Would love any reports from those to my west about how the winds are when it comes through. That’s the feature that’s always had my eye for this event.
