  1. Past hour
  2. Schools dismissing early in Adams/York counties will have students out and about in the middle of this first line I'm afraid.
  3. The other thing is that so far - these aren't doing the thing where a ton of stratiform rain develops behind storms and lingers for an hour or two. These seem to have plenty of clear areas on radar right behind the line.
  4. Tornado Watch lofted (pretty big expanse now that they added us to the MA folks) - Currently 63 with dp 62. Have 0.61" in the bucket from the earlier round of rain.
  5. OMG the wind! I have never heard it do that before. It was just pouring then I heard it and it was total white out conditions with rain. You could see the wind blow across the deck.
  6. Would not surprise me at all if there was a brief touchdown just after it crossed the Potomac. TIAD had a great view of that one.
  7. The line between Greensboro and Durham is trying to split into individual cells.
  8. I personally think this line is moving through early enough to allow for atmosphere recovery for afternoon activity. We'll see.
  9. Thank you for posting, @wxdude64. He seems to have made 12 posts on Feb 24 which the obit lists as the date of death. Watching the weather to the end. (Guess I shouldn't say...don't know anything about the circumstances. Just saddened.) May the angels lead you home, Roger.
  10. Still a bit cloudy over in Enola but it does look like it's trying to clear out a bit. edit: nevermind I say that and the suns popping out now lol or at least trying to
  11. Light shower and some breeze here in front of the line. 66/63. Our FCPS school emailed and said they would be dismissing as soon as busses arrive, even if before the 3-hour early window. Seems like they just want to be done with the day.
  12. About to start here. Wife teaches in a portable and will have to move the kids inside to the main building.
  13. Same but I understand with the amount of kids who are bussed. That being said pouring rain here now.
  14. One great thing with today’s system is yet another good dose of drought relief. Sitting at around 1/2” already here with the line still to come. Would think 1” for a lot of areas would be attainable today
  15. Currently 64 in Keansburg with a Southerly wind, and 45 in Sea Bright with wind off the ocean.
  16. I can honestly say I would not be getting out of school early for this back in the day lol
