  1. Past hour
  2. Velocity is cool. Can see WF and all that convergence heading towards PVD and adjacent SE MA.
  3. Yeah, that '14-'15. Went from epic to middling the next year.
  4. Heavy rain continues in this part of Morris.
  5. Widespread frost advisories in northern Minnesota. The heart of the heat island should dip into the upper 40s tonight.
  6. Precip hole over the Twin Cities. Ride with it, sorry Iowa.
  7. Agreed. I’m smack dab in the middle of the donut hole. Had about 10 minutes of torrential rain, and right now the sun is peaking out. Maybe the precipitation to the west will pivot through
  8. The singing, pyro, animation, Pert tribute far exceeded my expectations. Always liked them but never saw them till now. The female drummer Anika is phenomenal. Sent from my SM-S921U using Tapatalk
  9. Absolute destruction here-masssive flooding everywhere
  10. Weather stations in Westport showing 8-9” in 3-4 hours
  11. Wow, that is some massive production they put on!
  12. .01” rain. incredibly disappointed but how about my Longhorns?!
  13. 0.19". Probably end with another meh. Meanwhile Rush at TD garden last night was fantastic Sent from my SM-S921U using Tapatalk
  14. I almost wish Upton wouldn't go with a map like this when it's obviously a convective system. But yesterday the split screw area somewhere was pretty obvious. What a summer for coastal CT deluge.
  15. Meh, we’ve heard that a lot the last 3 months only to end up with like .17. We’ll see how it goes.
  16. I thought 2015 was that winter of non-stop snows after January 1st. Am I mistaking that? Was it Christmas 2014 when it was 70 degrees and then January 2015 when the snows started? I thought it was 2015 into 2016 but my memory sucks with these things...
  17. Indeed. But Parnas is smart enough to know better. That’s a huge blunder for him. Typical DT supporters OTOH….
  18. considering nyc is one of the warm spots for overnight lows what a launching pad to be one of the warm spots for high temps unless you only count central park and not other parts of the city where they are one of the warmest spots in the tri state area..
  19. Strangely Upton's bullseye from yesterday looks to be the area that will see the lowest totals
  20. CC has caused the poles to warm much more rapidly than the tropics. Thus, there’s less of need to move heat from tropics to poles. In theory that should mean a net drop in TCs. Although the ATL basin has yet to exhibit this (ignoring 2026, which is super Nino related), the W PAC sure has overall (esp when ignoring Nino related ‘26). Maybe the ATL will eventually have a CC related reduction, especially when -AMO returns.
  21. This is going to rival the event in July that dropped 5-7 inches
