Got another 1/2 inch of rain overnight but nothing today but steamy heat. Made it to 89.8.

One of the most unpleasant runs I can remember. I’m gassed.

Leaving work saw what looked like a lone storm trying to build to my southeast.

It will go down as a very humid month. Not thinking a lot of 90’s.. but man it looks dewy as balls after the 5th and has for some time .ay not be many breaks at all if models are right with ridge bridge and WAR

My station in Whitestone is usually very close to LGA. I hit 101.1

LOL at Manhattan. Manhattan is the hottest borough. Likely hit 102 there.

Station recorded a high of 101.1 Wowzers.

11th day this month 90+ (tack on one more tomorrow) 11 days in June Tomorrow will make 4th heat wave of this summer.

2010 had the September tornado that literally passed over my house and the microburst which together wiped out a massive amount of huge, old trees in my area. The canopy has never been the same, it makes me angry to this day.

At the Baysox game to watch Kyle Bradish’s rehab start. Can’t be more than 300 people in attendance. Blazing hot in the sun too.

2010 was legendary- beginning to end. Fantastic winter finishing up on Feb 26 with the “snowapocalypse” to the early March wind event , to the fantastic early Spring to the classic hot but lower dewpoint summer, to the great finish with Boxing Day. Plenty if storms in all seasons but plenty of great weather days. One of best years ever.

Two days in a row over 90. 93 yesterday, 95 today. Let's see if we can do it again tomorrow for my first heat wave of the season. All the others attempts were scuttled by some 89's.

Yeah, it's basically January 29th. Long hot summer continues. It won't be long before days feel super short and time FLIES by, but right now it's low and slow!

Unfortunately I was right, wish I wasn't. Although this weekend looking cool and wet.
